Stretching it but I wouldn’t doubt that it would be above 150 still at that time. If you are in a warm climate Ie AZ leave the cooler out in the sun.

Foil it, put it in the oven at lowest setting. You’ll be fine.

I know a joint that purposefully lets them cool down and the slowly brings them back up to temp.
