All-American
My recipe is pretty simple:
1 gallon of water
3/4 cup of brown sugar
3/4 cup of kosher salt
Squeezed juice from 3 whole lemona
Tablespoon of crushed peppercorn
A couple crushed pieces of garlic
I take a few sprigs of thyme, sage, rosemary and stuff them inside the bird
