Ok so here's the verdict
Super easy process obviously. It was really nice to be able to do other things and not worry at all about the temp. I have a wireless thermometer at home and theoretically I should be able to just dial in my smoker and not think about it, but I find myself constantly worried about the temperature anyways.

The pork was as tender as I'd expect, my only complaint was taste. It didn't have the same level of smoke taste that I'm used to. That's not just the pork I've made at home, but also comparing to my favorite Georgia barbeque places. That's consistent with other Traeger meals I've had. I even put the "smoke" setting on for the first 2 hours of the cook. So really good, and really easy, but I still see value in a traditional smoker for those who are willing to put in the time.

This was a good comparison because, like I said, I've done pork a lot at home and kind of know what I'm used to taste wise
