taking a 15 yard penalty over 7. Man press WAS knocking the reciever off balance and off of his route, disrupting the timing with a jam and body position. Hand fighting is OK. Grabbing jersey, arms, hands, waist, shoulder pads, etc. . .that is a penalty. Or it used to be. I think it still is, but the refs just don't call but a fraction of what happens, so like I said, might as well do it as well.
