1. Walden pond (try to swim across it)
2. While at Walden, stop by nearby Kimball Farms for the best ice cream in the U.S.
3. Go to Harvard Square and check out the Harvard campus, while there, head over to L.A. Burdick for the best hot chocolate in the U.S.
4. Freedom Trail, with Mike’s Pastey to finish it off.
5. Go to Cape Cod for a nice beach weekend.
6. Drive down to Newport RI to check out the old mansions of the “Robber Barons” And the tennis hall of fame.
7. Take a drive to Joseph Smith’s birthplace in Vermont.
8. Acadia National Park in Maine is a longer drive, but is one of the best national parks in the country.
9. See a Red Sox game at Fenway.
10. Lexington and Concord historic sites, followed by another trip to Kimball Farms since the ice cream is truly that good.
