no guide needed. Get to the Tower/Roosevelt area as early as you can on a weekday morning.

I always see bears up there. They aren’t too hard to find, if you know where to find them.

I've been three times and still haven't seen a bear. I've seen every other animal (wolves, moose, bison, etc)
