Each email should stick to a subject. If the subject line states a theme, any
question should be related to that theme. If you ask unrelated questions, use a different email. Additionally if the co-worker wants to save the email, how will he know which folder to save the email in if it is regarding 3 different themes?
Workers have to sort through dozens or hundreds of emails and realistically cannot respond to every one.
