If you want a FPS with more realism and strategy look into Squad
Squad actually requires you to work with others on your team and there is a lot of coordination. However, if you are the type of player that only works by yourself and loves running through cities with a shotgun then this isn't for you. But if you like working toward team goals this it is a great game.
