Yes, the Hummer H2 had 35"s from the factory and could fit 37"s without a lift (maybe a t-bar crank).
Hummer H1 was 37"s from the factory.

4.7 and 35"s as a "standard" would be new, because they've only been testing them on 33"s and all the early contract rumors claimed DANA was doing the axles and diffs (44 in the rear, and this article says 33 up front).

That said, they could do a 4.7 and 35s easy enough, but I would assume that would be on the high-end Rubicon competitor trim and not your base model.
