I would caution against that. Or I'd at least wait until other schools start to sue. Byu is a unique position. They rely on their reputation and are in many ways at the mercy of the P5. The LAST thing Byu can afford is to upset the entire B10 or Pac 12. You gotta think those conferences will strong arm. Like hey... yeah, sue away. Perhaps you'll win but we'll put a 10 year ban on conference scheduling.
