Here's what I think (hope) happens
Chelsea goes 2-1 with a loss to Liverpool. Finishes with 66 pts.
ManU wins next two. Has 65 going into Leicester match.
Leicester wins next two. Has 65 going into ManU match.
ManU/Leicester draw means they finish 3/4 and Chelsea 5th. So Chelsea has to hope that one of the two wins and jumps them so they will finish 4 and not 5.
