We went on a high adventure up to the middle teton. We camped on the glacier, but and my son didn’t pack his pad. His sleeping bag was basically on the snow. After watching him squirm for an hour or two, I decided to be a good dad and switch him spots. It became the worst night of my life! I was basically sitting up all night using hand-warmers to keep things warm enough not to go into hypothermia.
