we go to a different location every year for 5 days. We are on year 6 coming up...that has been the best to hit these courses. Sometimes we stay in the same place for the 5 days, sometimes he hit two top resorts in 5 days. I'll even leave a day or two early so I can knock off other top courses in the region.

Once a year or so, l also use airline points and drop into a course I have always wanted to play for for a one nighter.

Aside from that, my wife just puts up with me and knows my clubs are coming on every vacation. She knows I will be grumpy and difficult to be around if I don't get to play the best course in the region we are in.
