negotiations, what would you propose....

me - I would tell the BIG-12, for a one year inclusion, BYU will only take travel expense money. BYU will play 8 road games and only require 2 home games. BYU will offer it's BYUTV network for free and will broadcast games not picked up by a network. Now here comes the catch...BUT, if BYU wins the BIG-12, and the CCG, then the BIG-12 has to extend full lifetime membership, for all sports, full revenue sharing, beginning 2021!

Then I'd life to be a fly on the wall for this conversation...

Tom: Hey Kalani, I have good and great news! BYU will be in the BIG-12, as a member this season for a full 10 games! And starting in 2021, BYU will have full lifetime membership in the BIG-12 for all sports!

Kalani: YES! YES! YES! Tom, you are the best AD ever. This is unbelievable news!!
