Moral of the story: Don't close at the end of the month. Everyone likes to
close at the end of the month b/c they think it's a free lunch on interest, which it isn't.
So title companies get slammed the last few days of the month, and things sometimes fall through the cracks.
I bet this wouldn't have happened if you closed on August 4th.
Not your fault, just advice for next time.
