Some is reasonable but some is nutty
For instance, the Pac 12 can't make decisions for the NCAA.
And I don't know exactly how Stanford's endowment works, but pretty sure it's not just a bank account from which the AD can write checks, LOL.

That just seems to completely ignore the economics of college sports.
