Find comfort enough to sleep. Every position hurt at least a little and some very severe. The surgery was eight months ago and I have slept well and had no pain for 7.5. The first two weeks after surgery were decreasingly painful but no pain now. I can’t imagine having these injuries back when medicine was not advanced. I don’t know how mcl injuries compare but I feel for you... especially with both injured. That’s rough.
