So much of financial success is what we call luck
Right timing, born in the right decade, enter the workforce in the right decade, buy your home in the right boom/bust cycle and enter peak earning years during the right boom/bust cycle. Most people aren’t good financially, even wealthy individuals, but land on one side or the other purely because of timing.
