Star Wars in general but thinks stories about the different Sith and empire stuff is cooler. Also mentioned Old Republic stuff.

Timothy Zahn's Thrawn trilogy, the Darth Bane trilogy, Jedi Academy Trilogy. None of those are canon anymore I think.
