Fish-n-chips is great. I think. That’s how we cooked them when I was a kid and
Caught them from my grandparent’s ponds in Texas. Paris, Texas that is. Full of snapping turtles, water moccasins, copper heads, chiggers, and rednecks.
My grandpa also had a buffalo. Big one.
