property tax will get hurt. If there is a tax payer's revolt and they go after taxes, the property tax is the first one to get attacked. Just ask CA.

I do not believe that the Federal gov't should ever bail out a taxable entity, as all other governmental entities should do their part to either cut the budget or other financial terms.

The Feds have the chance to print money, so their budget is different.
