Need to see a pediatric ophthalmologist
Need to do it sooner, rather than later for vision development. I'm guessing she has the suspected torticollis like picture because of the palsy.

Usually will watch for 3-6 months to make sure the problem is stable and not changing. Can try prisms if it isn't very severe.

Want to see a pediatric ophthalmologist because they get extra training and see more of these than a general ophthalmologist. Can try a neuro-ophtho if they also treat strabismus and your daughter is older.
