I am not sure the courts in the US will be quite as forgiving. The case mentioned in this article, JEEP/Mahindra is a pretty good indicator I think. I hope the US is still in the plans for this rig.

Yeah, and I can't imagine they've gone after Icon. Ineos will be able to point to that even if scale is much smaller.
