My wife and I visited the Hiroshima Peace Memorial Park, under the epicenter of where the bomb detonated, just over three years ago. It was a somber experience. We took hardly any pictures or videos there. It somehow didn't seem right. It was uncomfortable and painful to take in the devastation that occurred there, but I am so glad we went. It's amazing to see how the city has been reborn literally from the ashes. It was one of the highlights of our trip. If you ever get a chance to go, I highly recommend it.
