Dry rub and 2.5 hrs at 180 degrees. Spritzed with apple juice every 30 min. 2 hrs in foil with butter,honey, brown sugar and apple juice at 225. 30 min with sauce at 180.
Used hickory pellets. Honey BBQ sauce.
Ribs were perfect. Rack held together off the grill but the meat came right off the bone with minimal effort.
