Not just for new hires, but we have had a lot of new hires since March. I'd say 25-50% of employees attend any given day depending on the subject. The topics will vary. We'll get updates on what different departments are doing, Q&A with management-type people, have brought outsiders in, including Board members and other "experts" or people we work with. Lasts a half hour.
Sometimes the topics are of no interest and I don't go (or if I'm too busy). But overall, it's been a net positive.
