the SEC, Big 12 and ACC will use up their eligibility this year whereas the kids from PAC-12 and Big Ten won't. I doubt it will create a scholly crunch because I assume the NCAA will change the limit to accommodate. But, these new high school kids will see more opportunity to play in the P3 and most top kids will most likely switch their commitments rather than sit a year behind seniors that stay another year.
