The best I’ve had.
I seasoned them with a rib rub from Ace the night before. Then put on a bit more when I put them in the smoker.

Rubbed them with a mix of brown sugar, melted butter, honey, apple juice. Poured a bit more apple juice in the foil.

Then took them out. I don’t like doing bbq sauce at the end. And they were wonderful. I may have converted my friend who does not like ribs.
