He is risking a chance to win an NBA championship, ok I guess thats something but he has several. A few million dollars lost isnt even the interest that he makes on his investments in a month.....

I like LBJ and respect the heck out of his funding of the schools. I think he is a generally a good guy. But I dont see him risking much by taking this stand. He'd risk a lot more if he actually stood up and exhibited some leadership. Its easy to react to shootings and decry the police as racist or out of control, and thats what a lot of players did ......... but thats childesh to me to react with emotion and blame others. Leadership is taking time to consider factors and being willing to stand up for that. Leadership isnt blaming the police for actions toward a black man while ignoring that he had multiple felony charges over years, gun charges even and had a felony warrant and then fought with police when they came to arrest him. Leadership would have been to stand up and talk about both sides and to bring people together and tell rioters to mellow out and wait for more info to come out.......not say you're sick of black people getting shot and make it seem like it was a tragedy perpetrated because of his skin color and not because of his actions.
