Scheduling option - Play two bowl games.
Las Vegas bowl Dec 19 vs SEC.
Win and play in a NY6 bowl. Lose and play in a lesser bowl. Selection day for CFP and NY6 is Dec 21.
If the SEC team is #3 in conference you could have an off chance the winner goes to the CFP.
Could do the same thing with the cactus bowl vs the B12. BYU has contracts with both bowls.
