Well some good news: Builder got back to me today. We don't think it's as bad
as we were thinking at this point. We are looking about about $6-7.5k more. So not great that we are eating another chunck of money but not as bad as we were thinking.
It just adds another headache to an already long construction loan process. We just want it done and we want to see some action of building. We've been at this for months now.
