ironically, bigger dogs and men, were inside. I let them out thinking one of two things would happen: 1) the rooster would attack and I’d have to save my whimpering dogs, or 2) they would scare the rooster away.

Foolishly, I didn’t consider option 3: My whimpy dogs would try to kill the poor rooster.

I had to pull the dogs off and get them back in the house. Now I have to figure out how to get the rooster to it’s rightful owner.
