Doozy All-American
The most surprising thing to me is they aren't a hazy glow; they are well-defined beams of light that ripple
across the sky very fast. I've seen both green and pink colors.

When I saw the corona around that total solar eclipse in 2017, it reminded me of the northern light. Most pictures of the corona area whitish glow around the sun. But it's not. There's these strands of light that are very defined that surround the sun. The eclipse is still the most amazing-"glorious" thing I've ever seen.
