He out the ball on the court, so at that point he can get up and it's not a travel. Same as walking next to a rolling
ball after an inbounds.
I'm just surprised he did all that on 2.5 seconds.

Point is, if the ball is sitting on the floor it's not being held/possessed by a player. So there's no ability to travel
