To me this brings up a lot of interesting questions...
Is there enough girls who want to play tackle football to make teams? Do they end up combining schools to get enough players?

What does separate but equal really mean? I was told that every girl that tried out for the local high school soccer team made a team but half the boys got cut. Is that separate but equal? Should they make a team for everyone that wants to play?

When do we get boys volleyball in high school? I know they created a local girls wrestling program so why can't the boys play volleyball.

I'm not sure what to think of the "sexual assault" issue. While not right, it seems to have always been a part of football. People always talk about what goes on at the bottom of the pile. Utah State regularly grabbed a Utah RB's junk throughout the game in 90's to help them win. Locker room talk is called locker room talk for a reason. I've been "assaulted" at a church basketball game. It doesn't make it right but it happens. Everyone should be able to participate in sports without hazing or sexual assault but our world doesn't seem like it is ready to provide that for our kids yet.
