has a lot of fans in the Pac-12 footprint, but the conference is way too liberal for BYU. BYU's is just different culturally than the Pac-12. The Big 12 would be a better fit culturally plus I think the Big 12 is just a better conference competition wise. The Pac-12 has image problems that the Big 12 (which used to not be the case) doesn't have especially with this "let's postpone the Fall season because of health issues" to "let's redo the Fall season scenario because we don't want to get left behind." They just seemed too wishy-washy and spineless. Yes at the end of the day, I'd take the invite from the Pac-12, but Big 12 would get me more excited.
