Obi-wan (Ewan McGregor) says multiple times, He doesn't want the show to be about the EV Bikes and Cars. The show is about the 'journey'.

At the same time... A BUNCH of the show is about how they are going to get the Cars & Bikes to finish :).

As they are bulding up the plans for the trip, Rivian promises to build out charging stations along the route (episode 1.. spoiler.. they didn't make the deadline).

The night before they are supposed to start the jurney, the Harley people drop the bomb that the bikes don't support Type 1 charging (plugging into a standard outlet) 🙂 The Bikes can only go 100+ miles on a single charge.

They do have a Sprinter Van built out with a HUGE solar pannel on the roof and a generator for charging in emergencies.. But since Apple has only released 3 episodes its anybody's guess on how they do it 🙂
