of Saguaro National Park so her backyard has these incredible city views and is entirely shaded in the afternoon from her house and mountains. My kids will play in her pool for hours so we don't mind the heat at all. She's on 3.5+ acres so there's tons of space between her and her neighbors. I know CB seems to hate Arizona, but I actually don't mind the desert at all. I think to get an equivalent view and space in Utah County would be millions of dollars, my mom's home was only $400k.
