Interesting that a lot of things listed here were taught in my high school.
I took a typing class in 9th grade.
Business class in 10th grade taught us all about compound interest and the importance of investing early and often.
I had a great English teacher that was a hard nose on grammer and writing.
The problem is you don't have to learn anything to actually graduate. Lots of good teachers teaching these things but you dont have to learn them to get a grade and pass. Thats the part that should change.
