I've been told is needs a day or two before it really affects the player.
Most these guys are not there long enough to feel the effects of it. I would think the late game has more impact.

This is the most overstated advantage ever. People always ask this and the altitude never seems to effect opponents.

It's not like this game is in Laramie either. 4,500 feet is high, but not difficulty breathing high.
