I don’t think it was negative. I think Jay was referring to Kalani choosing...
To kneel the ball twice in the red zone late in games rather than scoring two more touchdowns. Teams worried about “style points” would have scored in both the Navy and Troy situations.
Jay saying Kalani doesn’t care about “style points” isn’t wrong and wasn’t a dig at Kalani, imo.
