I hate hate that that this is the first thing that comes to my mind. I didn’t read the article and don’t need to I have no faith in the news. I know there are some seriously messed up dudes that need to pay for bad stuff they did I also know there are messed up females who totally seek out this behavior at that age and no doubt regretted it later. This is, not always, but more often than not a two way street... you cannot dress like that, talk like that, and be with obviously bad guys and not have bad things happen....

Statute of limitations needs to stronger and motivate people to come out sooner and not just when people have cash
