Just some absolutely genius decision making by the Braves this year. Ender
Inciarte has a .512 OPS. I'd say he had the worst defensive season of his career, but if I'm being fair to him he was just as inconsequential defensively last year. IIRC, his avg exit velocity was the worst of any position player over the last 2 seasons. He's been an unmitigated disaster all year long.

The Braves top prospect is a CF who would immediately be as good defensively as Ender was when he was winning gold gloves. And there's no possible way Pache would be worse at the plate. But the Braves only called Pache up for 1 game all year, and that was due to injuries. So what do they decide to do with their postseason roster? Leave Inciarte off, and put Pache on. Clearly the right decision, but what in the wide world of sports has been going on for the past 4-6 weeks? How was this change not made at least a month ago?

Now you throw a rookie with practically zero experience into post-season baseball. Braves playing checkers apparently.
