I recognize some of the above is beyond my control, but the point is that in general living a typical LDS lifestyle will result in better health than that of the population at large. I would bet that the average Cougarboarder is healthier than the average random American of the same age.

On the other hand, if you measured me against the other moms in my ward/neighborhood (who mostly live a very similar lifestyle) my health is, I would guess, pretty average.
