school that had fewer students than the elementary school (K-6) I teach at has. He was WOEFULLY under-qualified to be an offensive coordinator AND quarterbacks coach.
Perhaps if he were brought on as a QB coach on an established staff, he might have developed into the kind of coach who could grow into an OC in a few years. But it was way too much for his level of coaching ability at the time. And the fact that he hasn't stayed in coaching shows it was just a bad hire from the beginning.
