and where the shoulder goes, so goes the head. I think the call on 22 with the head butt was a good call. I think the intent of targeting is to protect players during a play. The head butt was after the play. It was for sure unsportsmanlike conduct but not targeting. Also, since the penalty was after the play and not simultaneously during the play then the penalties don't offset. Thus, they walked both of them off.
