But the approach/attitude of "I wanted to win by 9, not 2" sounded good to me.

Last night I told my son - "I hope they don't get conservative and just run it now, they haven't had enough of a running game and can't give the ball back - they need more points."

Ultimately they didn't need more points - but it helped that they kept the ball and had some drives.
