I've got a bunch of deer meat. Where's the best place to have jerky made
in salt lake or Utah county? Any idea how much it will cost? If it is a lot, I can have it ground up and make my own jerky on my smoker.
I've never had game processed before, but my FIL invited me to help hunt deer on his property this weekend. Learned how to skin and gut a deer.
