Army-Air Force and Army-Navy are the 2 most important games on Army's schedule. Their first priority is to get these games played. Remember, Air Force was going to be able to play Army and Navy even when the MWC was not going to play any games at all.

Yesterday out of 34 scheduled games, 6 were cancelled/postponed due to COVID. Army isn't going to trade off a game with Air Force for a game with BYU. So, right now, there is no reason to officially do anything. Wait until Army ensures their game with Air Force gets played, then they can make a decision with BYU if they want to reschedule.

It's really probably as simple as that.
