Improved their program since joining the MWC. Leveraged past success to improve trajectory
Each year and position for constant improvement going forward.
I like BYU. Love the program, but performance since MWC has been solid...but unremarkable.
Nothing compared to Utah.
I don’t think that’s a knock on BYU. I just think that Utah is unique in that you really haven’t seen a school that went from nothing in the early 90s and has been on a steady, 25-year inclining trajectory.
Almost every couple of years, Utah achieves something it happened in years prior.
Honestly, you look at performance over the last five years, you’re hard-pressed to find a more successful, more winning program in the west.
Even TCU and Boise State have seemed to peak out.
